Steve Davie

President/Owner

Steve has extensive expertise in the oil and gas industry at the management level, having worked as an estimator, contract manager, general manager, and project superintendent. Results-oriented and with a strong belief in partnerships and team building, he provides corporate leadership and strategic direction. Steve is the company’s business visionary, who directs all corporate business. He is known best for innovation and for positioning the company to meet current and future market demands.

Gary Erickson

General Manager

Building on a strong background in the industry, Gary is the type of manager who knows every facet of operations. He has been both a pipeline and a facility construction superintendent, and has more than two decades of experience as an estimator and manager. With Evergreen since its inception, he was Operations Manager for seven years. Gary now uses his diverse skills and experience to guide other managers and to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Jay Van Nieuwkerk

Operations Manager/Owner

Having worked in all facets of the oilfield industry – from labourer to senior management, Jay is known for his practical, hands-on knowledge of the business. A steamfitter/pipefitter by trade and our Facility Manager for seven years, he now oversees and optimizes our day-to-day operations, including administration, estimating and accounting

Shawn Mowat

Senior Facility Superintendent/Owner

One of the best superintendents in the business and one with a reputation for “doing the impossible,” Shawn has worked on projects throughout northwestern Alberta as both a journeyman pipefitter and a superintendent. Shawn draws on his vast knowledge, expertise and ability to innovate as he directs several superintendents and supervises personnel. He routinely executes multiple projects that range in size from $2 million to $10 million.

Brian “Rudy” Pahl

Senior Pipeline Superintendent/Owner

Rudy has been building pipelines in Alberta for decades. His extensive experience includes work on “big Inch” and small bore pipelines, and oil and gas gathering systems in southern, central and northwestern Alberta. Rudy is known best in the industry for his expertise with extremely steep, difficult pipeline projects, and for his attention to detail in areas with particularly sensitive soil issues.
